1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or worn

  • Original packaging, tags, or invoice are missing

  • The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery


2. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or videos of the product (mandatory)

Our team will review the request and get back to you within 2–3 working days.


3. Return Pickup

  • If the return request is approved, PAIRA FOOTWEAR will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable.

  • In case reverse pickup is not available at your location, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days after successful quality check.

  • The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Customers will be required to share valid bank or UPI details for refund processing.


6. Exchange Policy

  • Currently, PAIRA FOOTWEAR does not offer direct exchanges.

  • Customers may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
