1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been used or worn

Original packaging, tags, or invoice are missing

The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
2. How to Raise a Return Request
To initiate a return, please contact us with the following details:

Clear photos or videos of the product (mandatory)

Our team will review the request and get back to you within 2–3 working days.
3. Return Pickup

If the return request is approved, PAIRA FOOTWEAR will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable.

In case reverse pickup is not available at your location, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days after successful quality check.

The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Customers will be required to share valid bank or UPI details for refund processing.
6. Exchange Policy

Currently, PAIRA FOOTWEAR does not offer direct exchanges.

Customers may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Products returned without original packaging

Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)
8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
